• Promotes YMCA values and safety on the wellness floor.
• Assists members and answers questions to enhance their experience.
• Monitors equipment usage and reports issues or incidents.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of exercise areas and equipment.
• Responds to member needs and builds relationships with the YMCA community.
• Participates in mandatory trainings and meetings and supports program activities.
