Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health, exercise science, physical education, or related field (Required).
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Proficient in biomechanics instruction and using biofeedback.

Responsibilities

• Conducts fitness assessments and equipment orientations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty in absence of management.
• Maintains safe, clean equipment and stock on the fitness floor.
• Responds to emergency codes; provides CPR/AED/first aid as needed.
• Develops incentive programs and member education presentations.
• Delivers health screenings and events on/off site.
