Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury hospitality or high-end venues.
• Experience in reservations management or host roles preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest reservations and confirm meal pathways.
• Record guest preferences and dietary information.
• Greet guests, welcome with drinks, and provide educational context.
• Maintain and optimize the reservation system and table allocations.
• Support FOH management with guest reports and correspondence.
