Responsibilities

• Develops clinical exercise prescriptions for individuals with chronic/complex conditions.
• Performs functional assessments and evaluates movement capacity for all ages.
• Creates safe, effective exercise interventions and rehabilitation plans.
• Leads programs in private and group settings and ensures proper technique.
• Maintains data collection, reports progress to clinicians, and documents in EPIC.
