Job summary

Labcorp Employer Services is seeking Health Educators to review biometric screening results and provide concise health information in a 5–10 minute one-on-one session. You will discuss cholesterol, glucose, blood pressure and body composition with participants.

As an RDN, you will offer actionable guidance, document interactions, and work under the Labcorp Program Manager to support employee wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• RDN with experience in health psychology and motivational interviewing.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA.
• Excellent customer service in fast-paced environments.
• Basic tablet and computer skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Review and explain participants' screening results (height, weight, BMI, body fat, waist, BP, cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, glucose).
• Provide brief interventions to help participants understand actionable health behaviors.
• Offer appropriate health recommendations based on results.
• Keep records of interactions as directed by Labcorp Program Manager.
