Job summary

Labcorp is seeking Health Educators to review participants' biometric screening results and provide brief, one-on-one counseling on nutrition and health risk factors.

The role requires an RDN, knowledge of HIPAA/OSHA, excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This on-site position offers an hourly pay range and comprehensive benefits. You will document interactions and coordinate with Labcorp Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with experience in health psychology and motivational interviewing.
• HIPAA and OSHA knowledge.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic tablet and computer skills.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation.
• Must be willing and able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Review and explain participants' screening results (height, weight, BMI, body fat percentage, waist, BP, cholesterol, triglycerides, glucose).
• Provide brief interventions aimed to help participants understand actionable health behaviours.
• Provide appropriate health recommendations based on results.
• Keep records of interactions with screening participants as directed by Labcorp Program Manager.
