Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Health Educator with RDN credentials to review biometric results and provide brief, actionable health guidance in a 5–10 minute one-on-one session.

You will educate participants on cholesterol, glucose, blood pressure and body composition, deliver personalized recommendations, and maintain accurate records under Labcorp Program Manager guidance. This role emphasizes compassionate counseling and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with experience in health psychology and motivational interviewing.
• HIPAA and OSHA knowledge.
• Excellent customer service in fast-paced environments.
• Basic tablet and computer skills.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Review and explain participants' screening results (height, weight, BMI, body fat percentage, waist measurement, blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides, glucose).
• Provide brief interventions to help participants understand actionable health behaviors.
• Offer appropriate health recommendations to participants as needed.
• Keep records of interactions as directed by Labcorp Program Manager.
