Job summary

Labcorp Employer Services (LES) is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to counsel participants on biometric screening results and provide actionable health guidance in a fast‑paced setting. You will review results and deliver brief interventions to influence healthier behaviors while maintaining records for program management.

Responsibilities include reviewing results, giving health recommendations, and keeping client interaction records.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with experience in health psychology and motivational interviewing.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic tablet and computer skills.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation.
• Must be willing and able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Pay Range

$45 - $50 per hour. All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills, prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, and internal equity and market data.

Benefits

• Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(k), paid time off or flexible time off, tuition reimbursement, and employee stock purchase plan.
• Casual, PRN & part time employees scheduled less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan only.
• Employees scheduled 7 on/7 off are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
