Worcester State University seeks a Health and Wellness Educator to plan, implement, and assess health promotion programs for its student body. The role collaborates with campus partners to deliver comprehensive wellness initiatives and education across diverse student groups.

The incumbent will lead alcohol and other drug prevention efforts, develop nutrition and body image education, and provide outreach through events and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Education or related field; equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years' health promotion work experience.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze student health needs.

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement and evaluate health promotion programs and services.
• Collaborate with campus partners on a multidisciplinary health approach.
• Conduct needs assessments and report outcomes to show program effectiveness.
• Coordinate alcohol and other drug prevention and education initiatives.
• Develop educational initiatives on nutrition, body image, and overall wellness.
• Deliver health and wellness programs to diverse student groups.
