Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership in luxury hospitality, resort, hotel, or destination operations.
• Experience leading multi-departmental resort operations with accountability for guest experience and financial performance.
• Proven track record driving revenue growth and business development objectives.
• Strong collaboration with Sales & Marketing to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate day-to-day resort operations.
• Provide executive oversight to Rooms, F&B, Engineering, Spa, and other departments.
• Ensure luxury service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Lead department heads and drive accountability and succession planning.
• Partner with Finance for budgets, forecasts, and capital planning.
• Develop strategies to improve profitability, labor productivity, and cost controls.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
