Benedictine Living Community-Ada seeks a Wellness Director to oversee the wellness program for residents in Ada, MN. The role coordinates exercise, activities, and social engagement, guiding staff and ensuring program quality.

The position requires regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and budget oversight, with shift times 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday, and occasional weekend variations.

Qualifications

• Must meet federal regulations 483.15(f)(2) for activities programs directed by a qualified professional.
• Valid State Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
• Qualifications Preferred include a Bachelor's Degree in Recreational Therapy or Exercise Physiology, plus related care experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the selection, training, development, and performance of assigned staff.
• Ensures financial viability of department, including budgets.
• Ensure departmental completion and implementation of the care plan and assessment process for all residents.
