Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Duluth is hiring a Wellness Assistant to support residents' quality of life through social, spiritual, and therapeutic wellness activities. The role focuses on creating engaging programs and supporting overall wellness across the community.

You will help develop wellness programming, facilitate daily events, collect assessment data, and assist in implementing care plans tailored to residents' needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in long term care settings preferred.
• BLS Certification and First Aid Certification are preferred.
• Regulatory qualifications referenced in job posting may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing the community's wellness programming.
• Facilitates daily events and programming to meet residents' needs.
• Performs data collection to support residents' assessments.
• Assists in implementing the plan of care based on residents' needs.
