Job summary

Benedictine Living is seeking a Wellness Assistant to enhance residents' quality of life through social, spiritual, therapeutic, and other wellness activities within the community. You will support programming and help create a warm, engaging daily routine.

The role involves facilitating events, collecting data to aid assessments, and assisting with the plan of care to meet residents' needs. Experience in long-term care and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in long term care preferred.
• BLS Certification required or preferred depending on program.
• First Aid Certification required or preferred; follow state/federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate the community's wellness programming.
• Facilitate daily events and programming to meet residents' needs.
• Collect data to assist with residents' assessment processes.
• Assist in implementing the plan of care based on residents' needs.
