Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living seeks a Director of Nursing to lead the clinical team, ensuring the highest quality of care for residents. You will foster relationships with residents, families, and physicians to coordinate personalized care and drive satisfaction.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with community leadership, and shape the nursing operation to align with Brookdale’s mission and values. A strong clinical leadership background and technology proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Education as required to obtain state nursing license.
• Driver’s license.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, and clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.

About the Director of Nursing Position

As Director of Nursing at Brookdale, you will utilize your leadership qualities to inspire, lead and manage the overall operation of the clinical team to provide the highest quality of care and services for our residents. You will proactively build relationships with residents, families, physicians and other healthcare providers for the coordination of exceptional personalized care. You will consistently collaborate with community leadership, mentor and engage your associates and build resident and family satisfaction.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Full-time associates in role are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
