Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the clinical team, coordinate personalized resident care, and drive family satisfaction across our communities. You will mentor staff, partner with families and physicians, and collaborate with leadership to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires a state nursing license (RN/LPN/LVN), a valid driver’s license, and at least 3 years of clinical leadership experience. A strong tech proficiency and MS Office skills are essential.

• Minimum of 3 years in a clinical leadership role preferred.

About the Director of Nursing Position

As Director of Nursing at Brookdale, you will utilize your leadership qualities to inspire, lead and manage the overall operation of the clinical team to provide the highest quality of care and services for our residents. Qualifications & Skills

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Full-time associates in role are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
