Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the clinical team and oversee resident care at our Ohio community. You will inspire, mentor and coordinate care with residents, families, physicians, and providers to ensure exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) required.
• Driver’s license.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with clinical leadership preferred.
• Proficient in technology, MS Office, and electronic documentation.

About the Director of Nursing Position

As Director of Nursing at Brookdale, you will utilize your leadership qualities to inspire, lead and manage the overall operation of the clinical team to provide the highest quality of care and services for our residents. You will proactively build relationships with residents, families, physicians and other healthcare providers for the coordination of exceptional personalized care. You will consistently collaborate with community leadership, mentor and engage your associates and build resident and family satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Full-time associates in role are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
