Civitas Senior Living invites you to lead wellness services as a Wellness Director / Director of Nursing at Arabella of Longview. You will oversee a skilled team, coordinate individualized resident care plans, and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Wellness Director or Director of Nursing in senior care.
• Active LVN/LPN or RN license in Texas.
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the wellness team through recruitment, interviewing, and coaching.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and coordinate individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with internal staff, third-party vendors, and medical professionals.
• Oversee quality assurance: update physician orders, ensure protocol compliance.
• Manage medication processes, conduct audits, and handle incident reporting.
• Take on other duties aligned with mission and vision.

Job Requirements: Your Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Wellness Director, Director of Nursing, or equivalent, preferably in senior care.
• Licensure: Active LVN/LPN or RN license in the state.
• Professionalism: Stellar customer service and hospitality skills.
