Astoria Park Senior Living is seeking a LVN Wellness Coordinator to develop and implement wellness initiatives that enhance resident health and well-being. You will lead programs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with health professionals to improve care and staff health practices.

The role emphasizes education, outreach, and ongoing evaluation of wellness activities, with a focus on compassionate, high-quality care for residents and staff alike.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement wellness initiatives to promote resident health and well-being.
• Create and manage wellness programs to address specific health risks and needs.

• Collaborate with health professionals to develop strategies for improving the health of employees.
• Provide education, coaching, and support to employees on health and wellbeing topics.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs.
• Provide advice and guidance on health and wellness topics.
• Develop outreach and promotional activities to increase awareness of wellness programs.
• Oversee facility maintenance and upkeep.
