Job summary

The Residence at Whitehall is seeking a Wellness Director/Director of Nursing (LPN licensed) to oversee the Wellness Department, ensuring dignified, high-quality care for residents and coordinating with medical staff and families.

This full-time on-site role requires knowledge of 2600 Regulations, medication management, and leadership of a 24/7 wellness team; benefits include PTO, daily pay, 401K with employer match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must have LPN license and be licensed to administer medications in the state.
• Knowledge of 2600 Regulations is required.
• Must have experience in Personal Care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all wellness department operations and ensure quality care.
• Supervise and schedule wellness staff for 24/7 coverage.
• Coordinate with hospital, physicians, and other health services as needed.
• Maintain resident charts and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage medication program and proper labeling.
