The Residence at Willow Grove in Willow Grove, PA is seeking a seasoned Director of Nursing to lead the Wellness Department and ensure high-quality resident care. The role emphasizes mentorship, regulatory compliance, and staff development to foster a thriving team.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Five or more years experience in the long-term care industry with supervisory experience.
Current LPN or RN license, in good standing; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize and direct the Wellness Department per regulations and ICC policies.
Ensure resident care meets physician orders and ICC standards.
Assist in interviewing/admitting residents and coordinating care delivery.
Hire Wellness staff and mentor team members; monitor progress.
Foster a cohesive team environment through mentorship and development.
