Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Nurse leader to direct clinical resident care services at our Ohio facility. You will oversee care plans, evaluations, and regulatory compliance while leading a team and ensuring high-quality resident outcomes.

The role emphasizes revenue management, caregiver coaching, and collaboration with community partners to advance wellness programs and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) registered within the State preferred.
• CDP required prior to or upon hire within 90 days.
• Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage revenue and financials successfully.
• Proven high performer.
• Ability to work through complex issues and problem solve.
• Flexible schedule including on call, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
• Ability to stand for long periods, communicate effectively, and review detailed documents.

Responsibilities

• Direct, administer, and coordinate clinical resident care services.
• Lead, manage, and maintain accountability for the team and performance.
• Oversee Wellness revenue, evaluations, care conferences, and service plans.
• Ensure the right care, at the right price, with the right staff.
• Serve as Alzheimer and Dementia Program Coordinator.
• Lead 1440 care standards.
• Translate organizational and wellness goals to team and residents.
• Market wellness with Executive Director and Sales Team.
• Perform resident admission and ongoing evaluations every six months.
