Job summary

StoryPoint Group is seeking a Wellness Director to lead clinical resident care services, drive the 1440 care standards, and optimize performance across the community. This role focuses on delivering high-quality care, coordinating staff and budgets, and building strong resident relationships.

The position requires licensure in the state and leadership experience, with a focus on revenue management and successful problem solving in a senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state (CDP required within 90 days).
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage revenue and financials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and be accountable for team performance.
• Ensure right care at the right price with appropriate staffing.
• Coordinate Alzheimer and Dementia care programs.
• Oversee 1440 care standards and staff communication.
• Engage with community partners to advance wellness goals.
• Support admissions, evaluations, and care planning.
