Job summary

StoryPoint is seeking a Wellness Director to lead clinical resident care services, delivering a 1440 experience, optimizing performance, and strengthening employee connections within our community in Ohio.

You will lead a team, manage revenue and care plans, ensure compliance with 1440 standards, and collaborate with leadership to provide high-quality, patient-centered care for residents.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred; CDP required within 90 days of hire.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Experience managing revenue and financials; proven high performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and be accountable for your team and performance.
• Oversee revenue for Wellness, Evaluations & Care Conferences and Service Plans with appropriate staffing.
• Coordinate Alzheimer and Dementia programs and ensure alignment with 1440 care standards.
• Communicate vision and connect organizational goals to staff and residents.
• Build partnerships with community leaders and external partners; execute action items.
