Job summary

StoryPoint Group is seeking a Wellness Director to lead clinical resident care services, aligning 1440 care standards with budget and staff performance. The role requires RN or LPN licensure with CDP within 90 days and strong leadership.

You will manage team performance, coordinate care plans, partner with community leaders, and ensure compliance with state regulations while delivering compassionate resident care.

Qualifications

• Nurse licensure (RN or LPN) in the state
• CDP certification required within 90 days of hire
• Leadership experience preferred
• Experience managing revenue/financials in a care environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and be accountable for team performance and care quality
• Manage revenue for Wellness, care conferences and service plans with appropriate staffing
• Coordinate Alzheimer''s and dementia programs
• Ensure compliance with 1440 care standards and state regulations
• Communicate vision and build partnerships with community leaders and external partners
• Oversee admissions evaluations and set measurable resident goals and outcomes
