Job description

We are looking for a talented and charismatic Wellness Coordinator to join our team in McMinnville, OR!

This position is full-time, offering a wonderful benefits package as well as competitive pay!

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Administers all wellness programs in the organization.
  • Promotes wellness and fitness initiatives; answers questions and collects feedback from participants.
  • Collaborates with the Human Resource and Benefits Coordinator to identify cost-effective wellness programs and incentives.
  • Assesses and analyzes the general physical and mental health needs of the employee population, in accordance with applicable law.
  • Develops plans and programs to support these needs.
  • Designs, plans, and implements classes, speakers, seminars, personal training, and voluntary fitness assessments to promote healthy lifestyles.
  • Assists employees with personal concerns and assessments; provides recommendations and referrals for counseling, crisis intervention, and treatment.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to design effective and motivating presentations and training programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
