We are looking for a talented and charismatic Wellness Coordinator to join our team in McMinnville, OR!

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Administers all wellness programs in the organization.
- Promotes wellness and fitness initiatives; answers questions and collects feedback from participants.
- Collaborates with the Human Resource and Benefits Coordinator to identify cost-effective wellness programs and incentives.
- Assesses and analyzes the general physical and mental health needs of the employee population, in accordance with applicable law.
- Develops plans and programs to support these needs.
- Designs, plans, and implements classes, speakers, seminars, personal training, and voluntary fitness assessments to promote healthy lifestyles.
- Assists employees with personal concerns and assessments; provides recommendations and referrals for counseling, crisis intervention, and treatment.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to design effective and motivating presentations and training programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
