Bridge Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Wellness Director to lead the coordination and supervision of care and wellness services for residents in a Great Place to Work-certified facility.

The role drives clinical outcomes in alignment with policies and procedures while managing budgets and staffing plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience in Senior Living.
• LPN or RN required based on state regulations.
• First Aid and CPR certified.

Responsabilités

• Establish and monitor goals and expectations for all clinical departments.
• Develop departmental budgets, re-forecasts and staffing plans.
• Develop, implement and monitor quality improvement, safety, infection, disaster and environmental control programs.
• Participate in and oversee the admission and ongoing Resident assessment and care planning process.
• Oversee surveys and inspections by government agencies.
• Complete appropriate forms, reports, evaluations and studies.
• Conduct clinical staff supervisory responsibilities including hiring, orientation, training, scheduling, coaching, monitoring, counseling, discipline and terminations.

Qualifications of an ideal Wellness Director:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience in Senior Living
• LPN or RN Required Based On State Regulations
• First Aid and CPR Certified
• At least 3 years work experience as a Director of Nursing in the senior living industry

Wellness Director Job Summary:

The Wellness Directoris responsible for the coordination and supervision of care and services to Residents to achieve desired clinical, emotional and wellness outcomes in accordance with federal, state, local, company standards and established policies and procedures.
