Job summary

Country Charm, a Sonida Senior Living community in Greenwood, IN, seeks a Wellness Director to lead health services and ensure resident care in accordance with regulations.

You will oversee care policy implementation, coordinate with health professionals, and supervise staff, with opportunities for professional development and an attractive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed or registered nurse with a minimum of 3–5 years in‑home health or geriatric nursing in a similar position.
• Minimum 2–4 years of supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of regulations and policy implementation in health care.

Responsibilities

• Assures implementation of policies and procedures relating to Resident care.
• Manages, coordinates and directs activities in accordance with state and federal regulations and community policies.
• Establishes working relationships with health care professionals in the community.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Wellness Director Responsibilities Include

• Assures implementation of policies and procedures relating to Resident care and oversight of all health‑related services.
• Manages, coordinates and directs all activities in accordance with state and applicable federal regulations, as well as Community policies and procedures.
• Establishes working relationship with health care professionals in the community to include interactions with the Residents’ health care providers.
• Manages, coordinates, and directs all activities in accordance with state and applicable federal regulations, as well as Community policies and procedures.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Licensed or Registered Nurse with a minimum of at least three to five years in‑home health or geriatric nursing in a similar position.
• A minimum of two to four years of supervisory experience required.
