Job summary

Morningside Ministries in Boerne, Texas is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to design and lead engaging programs that enhance physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being for residents.

You will oversee daily operations of the Wellness Center, supervise staff, ensure safety and scheduling, and collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of wellness throughout the community.

Qualifications

• Two or more years designing or leading wellness or fitness programs (senior living experience is a plus).
• Current CPR, First Aid and Water Safety certifications.
• Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Flexible schedule including occasional evenings or weekends for events.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum two years of experience designing or leading wellness or fitness programs (senior living experience a plus).
