Job summary

MMliving in Boerne, TX is seeking a Wellness Program Lead to design and deliver engaging activities across physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being for residents. You will oversee the Wellness Center operations and collaborate with other departments to foster a culture of wellness.

You will lead fitness classes, wellness challenges, and community events, inspire residents with energy and enthusiasm, and ensure staffing, safety, scheduling and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience designing or leading wellness programs (senior living experience a plus).
• Current CPR, First Aid, and Water Safety certifications.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Flexible schedule including occasional evenings or weekends for events.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum two years of experience designing or leading wellness or fitness programs (senior living experience a plus).
