Job summary
Bachmann Pools & Spas is seeking a dependable Delivery & Installation Team Member to safely deliver, set up, and install premium wellness products at customer homes. You will work with a team to ensure accurate, on-time installations and a high level of customer satisfaction.
The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to travel regionally from Watertown, WI. Competitive hourly pay and full-time benefits are provided.
Qualifications
- Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and safely.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with emphasis on safety and accuracy.
- Team-oriented and willing to assist in various tasks.
Responsibilities
- Deliver & install hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and related accessories at customer locations.
- Load, transport, assemble, position, and level products for customer use.
- Complete delivery records and required paperwork using a tablet.
- Follow safety procedures and traffic laws, and use proper lifting techniques.
- Develop working knowledge of Bachmann products to assist customers during installation and delivery.
