Job summary

Georgia Spa Company is seeking a Delivery Crew Member to join our team and help deliver hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, accessories, grills and other products to our customers.

You will work with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction, communicate spa care information, assist in delivery and installation, and maintain vehicle readiness and professional standards while delivering outstanding service to clients.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy items and work in a physical role.
• Professional interaction with customers and team members.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work/communicate with our sales and service teams to deliver customer value and satisfaction.
• Communicate technical issues and spa care information, as needed
• Assist in all phases of product delivery and installation
• Record delivery checklist results for all jobs
• Assist to diagnosis installation spa issues and solutions
• Drive vehicle and trailer (including gooseneck trailer), as necessary
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues and maintain vehicles to standards
• Maintain professional appearance and customer interaction to Georgia Spa Company standards
