DEPARTMENT: Wellness Court

JOB SUMMARY: The Wellness Court Program Manager coordinates and supports Tulalip’s therapeutic court programs. These programs focus on addressing the underlying issues that lead to court involvement, such as mental health or substance abuse, through intensive, supervised treatment and services. The Program Manager acts as a central point of contact, manages program operations, and ensures compliance with best practices.

COMPENSATION: $36.86 hr.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Social Service, Addiction or Counseling Studies or related field. * Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.

MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE

• Five (5) years of experience working in courts or social services programs.
• Three (3) years of experience in a leadership, supervisory or management role.
• Two (2) years of experience in grant management, acquisition, or supervision.
• Experience working in adult drug courts/wellness courts preferred.

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES

• WA State Driver’s License.
• Must adhere to the Motor Vehicle Regulations. (Abstract Required)
• Must adhere to The Tulalip Tribal Court Ethics – Code of Conduct Court Employees Policy
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a regular Full-Time position.
