Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group, is hiring a Wellness Coordinator to support teams in Longview, TX or Tyler, TX onsite. The role focuses on connecting teammates with resources addressing social determinants of health, including housing, food access, legal services, mental health support, and financial assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Health Education preferred.
• MSW or Certified Health Coach credential preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in community-based social work or related fields.
• Experience conducting needs assessments and connecting people to resources.
• Experience developing health and wellness programs for a population.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and analyze needs assessments to identify team member needs and connect them with resources.
• Assist team members with applications for assistance programs and benefit enrollment.
• Coordinate with emergency assistance funds to support teammates facing financial hardships.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and service providers.
• Partner with department managers to ensure team members receive appropriate support.
• Facilitate educational sessions focused on whole-person health and wellness.
• Conduct 30-, 60-, 90-day, and annual follow-ups to monitor outcomes and identify opportunities for program improvement.
