Play All Day LLC dba Dogtopia of Rocklin is seeking an energetic Wellness Coordinator in Rocklin, CA. This entry-level role focuses on connecting with new clients, scheduling meet & greets, following up after visits, and helping families join our community.

No prior experience is required — we provide full training. You will engage with families, partners, and local businesses to grow our client base while ensuring a fun, dog-friendly environment at our Rocklin location.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with new leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Schedule and coordinate meet & greet / initial visits
• Share clear, friendly information about our facility, services, and memberships
• Follow up after meet & greets to encourage enrollment
• Check in with clients who haven’t returned since their initial visit
• Assist with signing clients up for memberships
• Help support and grow partnerships with local businesses and ambassadors
• Keep accurate notes and follow-up records
• Work closely with our front desk and leadership team
• Conduct Outreach and Events to generate new leads

About the Role

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, staying organized, and helping guide potential clients through the onboarding process. You’ll be the friendly point of contact for new leads—answering questions, scheduling meet & greets, following up after visits, and helping clients feel confident about joining our community. You will also be reaching out to the community and coordinating events to drive new leads.

No prior experience is required — we will provide full training. This role also offers hands‑on exposure to community outreach and local business partnerships.
