SVI Corporate, LLC, a Palm Beach Tan & Wellness Franchisee, is hiring a Wellness Consultant to help clients look and feel their best while reaching sales goals. You’ll enjoy a team‑oriented environment with flexible scheduling and performance‑based pay.

Earn $10.00–$15.00+ per hour (base pay + up to 12% commission). This entry‑level role includes training, advancement opportunities, and employee discounts on skincare products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic computer and POS skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Greet and consult with clients in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on tanning guidelines and products.
• Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and health standards.
• Handle cash and PCI-compliant cash handling.
• Track goals and complete daily paperwork.
• Support Store Manager on promotions and store goals.
• Follow all company and legal requirements.
