Massage Envy West Springfield is seeking friendly, results-driven team members to join our front desk and sales support roles. You will greet guests, promote Total Body Care, book appointments, and drive Homecare retail purchases based on provider recommendations.

Full-time or part-time positions with day, evening, weekends; competitive hourly pay $17.00, plus tips, bonuses, and commissions; employer-paid health benefits for full-time employees; and opportunities for growth through in-depth

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skincare services is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and promote the Wellness Program.
• Book services and schedule appointments; encourage homecare retail purchases.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with clinic flow.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
