Job summary

Massage Envy Dedham-Norwood is seeking team members who thrive in a customer‑centric wellness environment. You will greet guests, educate on services, and help build loyalty by booking future visits and encouraging product purchases.

Full-time and part-time roles are available with flexible scheduling. Experience in retail or sales is preferred, and excellent math, computer, and people skills will help you succeed in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales preferred.
• Demonstrates strong math and computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships with guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and the Massage Envy Wellness Program; book future appointments and encourage homecare purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
