Massage Envy Norwood is hiring for roles that support wellness journeys and client care at our Norwood location. You will help guests choosing services, explain the Wellness Program, and book future appointments while promoting products.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; able to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships with guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services, promote Wellness Program, book future services, and encourage homecare purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls, emails, and questions.
• Help grow and retain a client base in-person and through phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)


• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask


• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests


• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood


• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations


• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions


• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
