Job summary

The Vineyards Country Club in Naples, FL is seeking a friendly Wellness Concierge to greet members and guests at the Wellness Center, respond to inquiries, provide basic tours, assist with the Vineyards mobile app, and perform front-desk duties. This full-time, morning-shift role requires impeccable customer service, excellent communication, and a proactive, dependable attitude.

Qualifications

Prior customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude.
Tech-savvy with the ability to assist members with app-related questions.
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and respond to member inquiries promptly and professionally.
Fob in all members entering the building at the front desk.
Greet members and guests with a warm and courteous demeanor.
Provide basic tours of the Wellness Center and its amenities.
Offer assistance with The Vineyards mobile app.
Take and maintain janitorial supply inventory.
Restock the janitor supply closet in the hallway using supplies from the locked salon closet.
Receive and manage Wellness Center deliveries.
Monitor and communicate any parking concerns, especially related to handicap accessibility.
Submit and follow up on maintenance requests (Maintenance X) for main Wellness Center areas.
