Responsibilities

• Member Services & Front Desk: Welcome members and guests with hospitality; answer questions about wellness programs, classes, appointments, and services; respond to inquiries and direct to appropriate staff.
• Scheduling & Appointment Coordination: Schedule and confirm personal training, massage, Pilates, wellness consultations; manage group reservations and attendance; communicate updates.
• Administrative Support: Assist Fitness Director; payroll, timekeeping, invoices, POs, and records; maintain files and inventory.
• Communication & Program Support: Assist with member communications, newsletters, and events; coordinate wellness programs and orientations.
• Facility & Operations Support: Assist with opening/closing; monitor areas for cleanliness and readiness; report maintenance needs.
• Team & Department Support: Support scheduling updates, reminders, and coverage; reinforce policies; maintain confidentiality.
