Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of sales experience.
• Experience using point of sale software and maintaining accurate patient accounts.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent services to members and patients.
• Primary responsibility is to gain memberships to meet sales goals.
• Greet members and patients, check in, and coordinate with the chiropractor.
• Answer phone calls and re-engage inactive members.
• Stay updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization; present and sell memberships and visit packages.
• Communicate with management and follow policies; learn and grow in the role.
