Job summary

The Joint Corp in Pace, FL is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to enhance patient experience and drive clinic growth. This full-time, customer-facing role focuses on front desk operations and health-wellness program sales.

You will greet patients, manage flow, and support marketing and outreach efforts while collaborating with chiropractors to ensure an exceptional visit. This position offers a path for growth within The Joint network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills.
• Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment.
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Office management or marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly first impression.
• Manage clinic flow in a timely, organized manner.
• Present and sell wellness plans and memberships.
• Support sales goals by converting patients into members.
• Answer calls and assist with scheduling and inquiries.
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain records using POS.
• Assist with clinic marketing and community outreach.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic.
• Collaborate with team and chiropractors for a positive experience.
