Job summary

EverTrue seeks a Wellness Coordinator to plan and implement comprehensive wellness programs for older adults. You will manage wellness spaces, ensure safety and cleanliness, and support volunteer coordination and staff wellness initiatives.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and CPR/First Aid certifications; college degree and aqua/land fitness certifications are a plus. Strong computer and reporting skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree or 2+ years related work preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certifications required; aqua/land fitness certifications preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret communications; write routine reports and present information.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel; comfortable with basic databases and email.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, and implements wellness programming for residents.
• Oversees pool, fitness, locker, and wellness spaces for safety and cleanliness.
• Monitors pool and spa chemical balances; maintains equipment records.
