Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator to uphold the organization’s mission and enhance resident wellness across social, intellectual, physical and spiritual domains. You will coordinate daily enrichment activities, collaborate with staff, and tailor programs to individual resident interests.

You will plan calendars, engage families, and assess participation while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in an activities / lifestyle enrichment role.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Ability to demonstrate a high degree of creativity and resourcefulness.
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of customer service and values person-centered care.
• Ability to demonstrate organizational skills and the ability to be part of a team.
• Proficient computer skills.
• High school graduate or GED.
• Active driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize and implement activities to support quality of life with a person-centered focus.
• Communicate with residents and families to learn preferences and needs.
• Develop lifestyle enrichment calendar and coordinate with care center staff.
• Research resources and assess resident engagement to guide offerings.
• May contribute EMR data for residents and REACH guests per regulations.
• May participate in care plans and service plans.
• If licensed, may back up transportation for residents.
• May supervise other Lifestyle Enrichment staff.
