Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience managing brand TikTok accounts, ideally in DTC, health/wellness, beauty, or CPG.
• Hands-on TikTok Shop experience, understanding how to drive sales through the platform.
• Ability to engage authentically in comments and sound like a real person.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale daily community engagement across multiple platforms.
• Host weekly community calls and execute activations to boost retention.
• Manage the TikTok account, including content planning and engagement.
