Job summary

Walker Therapeutic & Educational Programs in Needham, MA is seeking a Wellness Coach Program Supervisor to lead operations across multiple sites and supervise a team of Wellness Coaches, ensuring compliant, high‑quality services for youth.

You will manage schedules, data reporting, and administrative workflows, applying positive youth development and trauma‑informed practices, and collaborate with the Wellness Coach Service Supervisor to strengthen program delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Public Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4–6 years of experience supporting youth-serving, educational, behavioral health, or community-based programs.
• Working knowledge of positive youth development, trauma-informed practices, and school–community partnerships.
• Experience developing operational systems that support high-quality youth services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise approximately 10–15 Wellness Coaches.
• Oversee operations across multiple sites and implement workflows.
• Apply positive youth development and trauma-informed practices to systems.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, grants, and data reporting.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff resource management.
• Manage budgets, payroll documentation, and purchasing.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with HR, Finance, IT, and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement through performance metrics.
