Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4–6 years of experience supporting youth-serving, educational, behavioral health, or community-based programs.
• Knowledge of positive youth development and trauma-informed practices.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise approximately 10–15 Wellness Coaches and conduct regular supervision.
• Lead operational implementation across all assigned service sites and optimize workflows.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resources to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with organizational, contractual, and grant requirements and manage reporting processes.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and administrative processes for Wellness Coaches.
