Job summary

Walker Therapeutic & Educational Programs in Roxbury, MA is seeking a Wellness Coach Program Supervisor to lead operations across multiple sites, supervise a cohort of Wellness Coaches, and ensure compliant, efficient service delivery.

You will apply positive youth development and trauma-informed practices to support staff and youth, coordinate scheduling, data reporting, and resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4–6 years of experience supporting youth-serving, educational, behavioral health, or community-based programs.
• Working knowledge of positive youth development, trauma-informed practices, and school-community partnerships.
• Experience developing operational systems that support high-quality youth services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise approximately 10–15 Wellness Coaches.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and program resources to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and selection of Wellness Coaches.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and administrative processes.
• Maintain calendars, training logistics, and scheduling.
• Coordinate internal communications and operational updates.
• Monitor program budgets and expenditures.
• Assist with financial reporting and resource allocation.
• Partner with Human Resources, Finance, IT, Quality Improvement, and Walker leadership.
