The Exercise Coach in Florida is seeking a part-time Certified Exercise Coach to guide one-on-one and small-group sessions at our studios. No fitness experience required; full training on The Exercise Coach methods is provided.

You’ll conduct initial consultations, lead sessions, track progress, and help grow the studio through client engagement and package sales. Ideal candidates are energetic, have excellent communication, and enjoy working with people of all ages.

Qualifications

• No fitness experience required; training provided.
• Priority for candidates with personal training or small-group experience.
• Must be able to participate in exercise and nutrition methodology.
• CPR/AED certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations.
• Lead individual and small-group exercise sessions.
• Track fitness results and client education.
• Grow the business through selling monthly and package sessions.
• Measure success by studio metrics.
