The Exercise Coach is hiring a Certified Exercise Coach to deliver One-on-One and Small Group sessions at our Sarasota studio. You will work with clients of varying ages and fitness levels, following our training methods.

Full training is provided, and a strong emphasis is placed on customer engagement and consistent results. Preferred candidates have a health-related degree or relevant knowledge, excellent communication, and the energy to motivate clients.

Qualifications

• Passion for health and fitness and ability to inspire clients.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• People skills and energy essential for a lively studio environment.
• Fundamental knowledge of exercise science and human biology; training mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations.
• Lead individual and small-group sessions.
• Track fitness results and educate clients.
• Grow the business by selling monthly and package sessions.
• Monitor studio metrics to measure success.
